As a licensed Real Estate agent in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Gilly Lopez offers more than two decades of executive-level sales & marketing experience. As a lifelong resident of New Mexico—and a graduate of the University of New Mexico, majoring in Communications with a minor in Business Management—he knows the marketplace, with intimate knowledge of neighborhoods, demographic statistics, appropriate pricing strategy, schools, shopping and all related amenities.
Gilly previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record maximizing sales and utilizing customer targeting, developing strong personal relationships and consistently implementing creative ideas and sales strategies. His stops in that profession include: Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceuticals, Parmedix Medical Surgical Sales, Millennium Labs, Sanofi-Aventis and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Gilly has won countless awards: as District Representative of the Year, No. 1 Regional Sales Rep and a nationally ranked company salesperson with his associated positions. All the while, real estate was a back-burner hobby—and a full-time passion. His love for buying and selling rental properties has now evolved to working in the industry full-time.
In addition, as an entrepreneur, he is Founder of Living the Loco Life, and has developed a line of Gilly Loco Salsa, utilizing locally grown, non-genetically modified ingredients, which is sold in grocery stores throughout New Mexico. The company offers a range of salsas and chile sauces. Gilly has been married for 21 years, with 3 children.
