Agent Spotlight - Jim Holley

Jim Holley grew up in the Air Force and lived all over the world. He began college at Florida State University, but was interrupted by three years in the Army. He went through Corps of Engineers OCS and was a 1st Lt in Vietnam 1967 to 1968. He got out of the army and graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a BS in Computer Science and has spent the last 43 years in the computer business. He started in real-time programming and then went on to marketing, technical sales support, computer sales, then consulting. He was a Sr. Consultant in New Mexico with IBM in their Microsoft Practice for nine years, then took a similar position with a company in Tampa and moved to Florida. 
 
Jim is a Commercial Hot Air Balloon Pilot & Instructor and has flown hot air balloons for 21 years. He sold his balloon when they left New Mexico and was involved in  boating, and active in the Coast Gurad Auxiliary while in Florida. He was editor for the Flotilla and the Division newsletters  and administrator of the Flotilla 15-8 web site. He was boat crew certified and participated in safety patrols and Search and Rescue missions when called on by the Coast Guard.
 
Jim and his wife returned to New Mexico after five years in Florida to be near family and enjoy the beautiful Southwest again. Jim got his New Mexico Real Estate license and joined Keller Williams again in the Albuquerque Office. After working for Honeywell, Intel, Deloitte and Touché, LLP and IBM, it only makes sense that he work for the number one rated company in the Real Estate business Keller Williams Realty. He is looking forward building a successful and profitable Real Estate practice in New Mexico.
