Let me help you buy or sell your home today!

As an agent who’s an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It’s not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter – not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home
Sell a Home
When it’s time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don’t visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience – which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that’s sold fast.

Testimonials:

"VERONICA WAS FANTASTIC! Veronica is a "gym friend" of my mom's and I was nervous about using her. Her being in the Elite 25 and me being a first time home buyer in below $150,000 range, I figured I'd treated like some "second class" buyer. NOT SO!!! Up to $350,000 price range in Albuquerque is really hot right now (selling in 24 hours or less), so one has to move fast. She kept on top of all the new listings in my price range, found time in her busy day to see houses I was interested in the same day they listed, several months later, I AM A FIRST TIME HOMEOWNER!! GREAT WORK VERONICA!! " -Brandon D.

After more than 10 years as a Realtor with a major company, Annie O’Connell broke away along with Shirley Rich and Paul Billingham and started their own Keller Williams office.  That was 13 years ago.

“That’s what passion will do for you,” she says.  “Showing houses is my passion.  I love to make people fall in love with the Land of Enchantment!  I love educating buyers about Albuquerque.  I want them to see every aspect of our city!  People are what I love most about real estate.”

A New Mexico native, Annie was a teacher and a single mom who got into real estate at a time when “it was sink or swim” financially.

Annie has been recognized locally, regionally and nationally as a top producing agent by organizations such as Elite 25, New Mexico Select and CRS.  But Annie’s greatest achievement is “connecting the dots” – making people’s dreams come true.

Annie attributes her success to five keys.  A good realtor “must always be passionate, punctual, professional, have a pleasing personality and return every phone call promptly.”

“When you have a passion for people you can’t help but work hard.  Fun and a little bit on the edge is how I’ve always been.  I love getting people into my car and having it be a fun, fabulous, rewarding experience.  That’s what I’m all about.”

When you are on the move, call one of Albuquerque’s top agents that can get the job done.  More than 34 years in real estate.  Experience counts!!!
