Meryl has successfully navigating the waters of the ever-changing real estate market since 1978, working primarily in residential re-sales and the new home building industry. As a Realtor who has worked in the new home construction business for many years, Meryl understands the building process from design through financing, construction to completion, and beyond the closing of the sale. She is intimately familiar with the various types of financing options that are available in regards to residential home purchases and investment properties.

Before she began her career in Real Estate, Meryl was an educator and an Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs, Director of Career Counseling/Job Placement, and Grant Director at the University of Maryland. To this day she utilizes her experiences as a counselor and educator every day as a Realtor, explaining and guiding her clients through each phase of the buying or selling process with ease.

"Coming from a background in counseling, I want to help establish my clients' needs and prioritize them to best find what they're seeking. I believe in giving my clients not only the benefit of over 30 years in the real estate business, but the personal care and customer service I believe are essential to assisting them in all their real estate needs."

Having been in the business for as long as she has, Meryl has grown her network of lenders, appraisers and vendors that share her mission of providing excellent service. Her mastery of contract negotiations as well as her ability to zero in on the needs of her clients further proves that she is more than capable in carrying the transaction from start to finish, and long after the sale.

Meryl and her family have lived in the Albuquerque area for over 27 years where she is involved in several community organizations and sits on the board for many others, including the Alexis d'Tocqueville Council of United Way of Central New Mexico and the Jewish Community Center, where she was President of the Board of Directors.

"My goal is to make the buying or selling process not only a successful one, but as stress free as possible. I want to be your personal real estate representative, your Realtor for life!"
