Chris was born and raised right here in New Mexico. Growing up he attended Rio Grande Enrichment Studies, a private school dedicated to partnering in education with Albuquerque’s many homeschooled families. This wonderful upbringing afforded him many chances to travel with his family and explore all the states west of the Mississippi and many more on the east coast. With all this travel, he has found that he loves the Southwest and Albuquerque and is proud to call it home. He attended the University of New Mexico and graduated with a BA in Psychology in 2010. His love for people and interest in what drives them lead him to accept his first job in a sales role as the lead regional sales associate for Eaton Powerware. In that role, he consistently increased closing rates and customer satisfaction on the projects he was responsible for. This job also gave him numerous opportunities to travel and see more of the “Land of Enchantment”. Three years later, seeking a new challenge and having had an interest in Real Estate for some time he has launched his career with The Templeton Team and Keller Williams Realty as their new Buyers Specialist. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors and is eager to become more involved in other committees and affiliates. Chris’ passion for people and his excitement for helping them through the sometimes daunting process of home buying has him eager to work with you and your loved ones to help you find a place to call home!
