Jeanette Jennings is a native to New Mexico, founder and past president of the Group of Independent Real Estate Offices of Albuquerque, Graduate of the Leadership Training with the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR), awarded by GAAR for high production, and has been trained and inspired in sales through Dale Carnegie and currently a board member of the Four Hills Village HOA. She has been the owner and qualifying broker of her own brokerage and has re-established herself with Keller Williams Realty where she launched her career.
Jeanette has been representing buyers and sellers with one of their biggest investments for over 15 years. She specializes in understanding her client’s motivation and needs to better negotiate the best outcome, and maintains a positive record of on-time closings. Integrity and tenacity are a driving factor which has benefited her in retaining long relationships with her clients and who are confident to refer trusted family and friends. She uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. She has a team that works to communicate every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close.
Jeanette enjoys a good happy hour with friends, the sound of great music, spending time with her husband, kids and two labs named Izzy and Oscar.
