Mary Bader was born and raised in Northern California; immediately following college she joined the U.S. Department of State's Foreign Service and served her country as an U.S. Diplomat for several years in both Europe and Asia. She returned to the US in 1995 and became a Decorating and Painting Contractor in both California and New Mexico and has enjoyed working on projects with designers and developers in model homes, commercial buildings and high-end homes, as well as home owners themselves. She owned and operated How Great Thou Art Finishing Studio, LLC, prior to becoming a Realtor. Mary has been recognized for two of her projects in Albuquerque, which were published in Modello by Design Volume I and II.
She enjoys using her negotiating skills, obtained over years of experience as a Diplomat and Contractor, when negotiating for both Sellers and Buyers, whether it is a High-end Home or Short Sale. Mary is an accredited Short Sale Specialist (ASD). Also, over the years, she has had great success in assisting clients in preparing their homes for sale by "staging" the property and enjoying a quick sale, especially in this economy! Mary serves on the Keller Williams Culture Ambassador Committee, which focuses on helping those in our community that are in need of a helping hand.
