While growing up in New Mexico, I was taught to follow my dreams and live everyday with the utmost integrity. As a professional real estate agent, I still live by those values and my top priority is to help my clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams.
At the age of eighteen, I moved to Los Angeles to attend a fashion college, and I worked in the fashion industry for seven years. The fashion industry gave me the negotiating skills that are so important when selling homes and negotiating with banks on a short sale. My marketing degree from California State University Northridge helps me to develop the best, individual marketing strategy for each client.
I strive to give my clients exceptional customer service by being accessible 7 days a week, and working with a team that can assist in all aspects of the transaction. I know that my clients rely on me for honest and informative advice so I am constantly researching the market, previewing homes, learning the latest high tech marketing techniques, and continuously attending classes and seminars.
Not only do I work with “traditional” buyers and sellers, I have specialized in short sales since 2010. I am one of the top short sale realtors in Albuquerque, and I love assisting homeowners get out of a bad situation.
Real Estate is a huge part of my life, but I have other passions. I am the proud mother of a beautiful girl, I have an awesome husband, a wonderful family and life-long friends. I compete in the occasional triathlon, and I am very passionate about the earth and living a healthy, green lifestyle.
