Vange Peña-Jenks was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has seen Albuquerque grow from a quaint little town to the modern city that it is today. Real estate runs in her family, as her father was a custom home builder and a Real Estate Agent back in the 60s. Vange’s first memories are of the beautiful North Valley, riding her horses, having unobstructed views of the Sandia Mountains and accessing the beautiful Bosque within minutes, where she was raised and where her mother still resides today.

After a long, successful, and nationally recognized career as a Business Development Consultant, Vange has decided to pursue a career in real estate on a full-time basis. Vange is no stranger to Real Estate, she has held her Associate Broker’s license since 2006 and Qualifying Broker’s license since 2008, but has just dabbled in real estate, primarily working with investors and fixing up and flipping homes. Vange will now take her skills that she acquired as a successful business owner and translate them into the real estate field.
 
Vange has unique experience that she can offer to her customers because she has staging and home building experience. She, along with her husband Doug, have built two custom homes in the Albuquerque Metropolitan Area. They currently have plans for a third home in the beautiful Nature Pointe area. Vange has remodeled several homes and has experience working with individuals using self-directed IRAs as their form of buying and selling real estate.
