Janie Gilmore- Daniels and Katherine Mosley are an energetic and knowledgeable mother daughter real estate team committed to delivering results and exceeding client expectations. Since their partnership beginning in 2003, Janie and Katherine have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers and have a combined 30 years of experience. Their clients range from first time buyers, to the high end luxury buyers and sellers, investors, and everything in between. Both native to Albuquerque, they offer their clients a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the various areas within Albuquerque as well as surrounding metro areas. They specialize in preparing listings for sale, even drawing from their own inventory of home furnishings and decorative accent pieces to help sellers stage their homes. About Katherine:
Katherine graduated from New Mexico State University in 2002 with a double major in Geography and Urban Planning. After college Katherine spent a short time in Honolulu, Hawaii and enjoyed every minute of it though soon it was time to return to her home in New Mexico where she worked diligently to learn the full scope of the residential real estate business. By 2005 she and her mother were equal partners in their dynamic practice. Katherine's real estate career focuses primarily on helping people find their perfect home. She absolutely loves working with buyers and jokes that she has a black belt in home shopping.

Katherine and her husband have two young sons. Katherine enjoys an active lifestyle and competed in her first fitness competition in 2014. Her husband races dirt bikes and the family travels to various desert locations around the state for his races. Katherine loves to ride bikes and to go for hikes with her two Alaskan Malamute dogs.

Janie has been a highly respected Albuquerque metropolitan area realtor since 1992. Her past career endeavors include: classroom art teacher, legal products sales representative, and manager of a local insurance office. The mother of three grown children, Janie was an immediate success in Real Estate earning "Rookie of the Year" her first year in the business. Her other awards and accomplishments include

Janie lives in the East Mountain area with her husband and their 3 dogs. Janie is an avid outdoors person and a super athlete winning several rollerblade races around the nation. She begins each day rain or shine with a hike with her dogs. She also enjoys cross country skiing and is active in a local cross country ski club. Janie is an amazing gardener and loves to dig in the dirt! She is active in her church where she helps create seasonal decoration and floral displays. In the past three years Janie has taken up golf.
